Zwinktopia is a virtual home to more than six million registered Zwinky avatars. Users can move their Zwinkies through a colorful world loaded with unique features including a bowling alley, college campus, video arcade, and a city park. Zwinktopia basically looks like an island which acts as an interactive map where you can just click on any place you’d like to go. Users can chat, make friends, shop, play games, go to a café or to the beach!

Being in Zwinktopia is addicting because the more interactive you are the more stuff you can earn for your Zwinky! Lots of background scenes, pets and cool haircuts are locked and can only be accessed with Zbucks and Zachievements. Zbucks is Zwinktopia’s currency and can be won by playing online games and doing activities. Games are the easiest way to rack up ZBucks and Zachievements. Each place you visit has a corresponding themed game. At the beach, play SubZ, where you have to dodge sharks; or organize beans in the coffee shop’s Barista Challenge. You can spend your hard-earned cash at the mall where you pop into stores that sell everything from surf wear to punk gear. Rapper 50 Cent will be opening his own boutique in the virtual world of Zwinktopia to get Zwinkians to wear his G-Unit clothing. The best part of the shopping experience is that you can try things on before buying them.

One of my favorite places to go is the bowling alley. I like playing the bowling game but you can only cash out your points from each game once a day! So when you’re through bowling check out the beach or Stage Z. Stage Z recently hosted a very cool 24 hour event featuring musical performances, short documentaries, and interviews. It was hosted by celebrities such as Kelly Rowland, Teddy Geiger, Tina Fey, and even Triumph the Insult Comic Dog. The event coincided with Live Earth and was designed to raise awareness of the global warming epidemic and need for climate control reform.

The main feature of Zwinktopia is chatting. You can hang out anywhere on the island. When you talk, speech bubbles appear over your head like a comic strip. You can also talk privately, it’s called whispering. When you make friends you can add them on your profile and send messages through Znotes.
